Are groups and departments able to see different folders? With our Bridge to GroupOffice all permissions are controlled centrally.

How it works:

Register first in our Fair Cloud in GroupOffice. There you will find the ownCloud application in tab. Or you go to the Nextcloud website and register there with the same login details.

In ownCloud you also see the folder GroupOffice with the same files like in GroupOffice. In the folder ownFolder you will find your own files.

In the folder SofortUpload you see photos and videos you have made with your smartphone. In the Sync Client you can set that these are just uploaded if you have wi-fi connection.

Here are the Sync Clients:

Android App (on Google Play or directly from F-Droid)

Settings with Sync Clients:
Connect with Server https://fairkom.net/nextcloud
On the Desktop you can set the Sync Client, which folders are downloaded, in case of several GB this may take several hours. In the Apps only selected files are fetched and cached.
